If you want to work up a bit of a sweat then dynamic is most likely for you. Otherwise, you probably want to try one of our gentle yoga classes.

The most athletic and physically demanding form of yoga, designed to increase flexibility and strength. Prepare to sweat!

A slow, stilling practice, which targets the deeper connective tissues in the pelvis, hips and spine by holding postures for five minutes.

The ‘yoga of awareness’ combines postures, breathing techniques, meditation and chanting to release your full inner potential.

Gentle and therapeutic yoga is an adaptation of yoga designed to manage specific problems, be they physical, mental or emotional.
