Beginners Ashtanga yoga with Joanne - 12 week course

Thursdays, 27th April - 20th July, 6.30-7.30pm (no class 1st June)

Learn the basics of ashtanga, with a beginners course. This course is aimed at students with little or no experience of yoga (or ashtanga yoga). Using our unique invaluable course, we carefully lead you through the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. We welcome beginners - taking time to explain all movements, showing variations to meet every age, shape and level of fitness.


Class cards cannot be used for this course.


Teen yoga with Kate – 10 week course

Mondays, 24th April - 10th July, 4.45-5.45pm (no class 1st May or 29th May)

If you’re a teenager, you’ve got a lot going on. School, exams, friends, boyfriends, parties…pressure from all directions. You might have heard that yoga can help with life’s stresses, but you’re not quite convinced. Discover what the buzz is all about with this yoga class designed especially for teens.


Gentle hatha yoga with Penny – 11 week course

Mondays, 24th April  - 17th July, 1.30-3pm (no classes 1st and 29th May)

These classes will consist of mindful yoga poses and movement, small sequences, yoga breathing and relaxation. This is a gentle yoga class where we work on postural awareness, improving stability, developing greater ease of movement as well as learning to relax and release tension. All students are encouraged to work at their own level and ability.


Gentle viniyoga with Tara - 11 week course

Wednesdays, 19th April  - 5th July, 9.15-10.15am (no class 31st May)

A gentle practice, suitable for beginners and anyone recovering from injury. 

The Yoga Sutras as the heart of practice

Exploring yoga practice, techniques and ideas from the ancient texts of the Yoga Sutras as relevant today, as ever, to gently increase our awareness and to encourage relaxation.  Suitable for beginners and anyone recovering from injury.  Including accessible yoga postures, chanting, work with the breath and meditation.

Kundalini yoga with Raeeka – 12 week course

Mondays, 3rd April - 17th July, 6.30pm-8pm (no classes 17th April, 1st, 8th and 29th May)

If you are looking for a type of yoga which focuses on postures and breathing but also meditation + mantra then kundalini yoga is for you.  Each week will involve a different kriya (yoga set) and meditations.

This is perfect for you if you are looking for a spiritual angle to your yoga class.

The theme this term will be a yoga practice to build your self confidence and self belief.


Vinyasa yoga with Suzy - 12 week course

Tuesdays, 18th April - 11th July, 1.15-2.15pm (no class 30th May)

A one hour dynamic yoga class with an opportunity to strengthen, shape up and stretch out. We might also blend in some moves from tai chi and pilates to keep us on our toes. Suitable for complete beginners or the more experienced and can be modified for postnatal participants.

Meditation with Raeeka – 13 week course

Mondays, 3rd April - 17th July , 8.15pm-9.15pm (no classes 17th April, 1st May and 29th May)

These blissful meditation sessions are the perfect antidote to a busy life.

For most of the session you'll be lying down while Raeeka gently guides you through calming meditations and visualisations.
